10 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਈ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ”ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ” ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਐਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ‘ਚੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਬਰਾੜ (22), ਕਮਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (22) ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (28) ਦੱਸੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਤਿੰਨੋਂ ਜਣੇ ਐਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਤੇ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜ਼ੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਨਰਲ ਬਰਾੜ, ਜਨਰਲ ਦਿਆਲ, ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਾਦਲ, ਕੇਪੀਐਸ ਗਿੱਲ ਵਰਗਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਰਵਾਉਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਇਹ ਭਾੜੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਵਰਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਇਹ ਕਥਿਤ ਕਾਤਲ ”ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ” ਪਿਛਲੇ 3 ਤੋਂ 5 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਆਰਜ਼ੀ ਵੀਜ਼ਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਆਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੱਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਸੀਬੀਸੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਬੰਧ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਗੈਂਗ ਨਾਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਆਲੇ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਸੀ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਫਸਟ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਮਰਡਰ ਦੇ ਚਾਰਜ ਲਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਇੱਥੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵੀ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ 3-4 ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਹਾਲੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤਾ ਕੁਝ ਦੱਸਣੋਂ ਮਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਾਲੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਦੱਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ ਕਿ ਕੌਣ-ਕੌਣ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੜੀ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੀ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲੈਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖੀ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਬੀਸੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਐਡਮਿੰਟਨ ‘ਚ ”ਬ੍ਰਦਰਜ਼ ਕੀਪਰਜ਼ ਗੈਂਗ” ਦੇ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਉੱਪਲ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਗਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬੇਟੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵਿਨੀਪੈੱਗ ‘ਚ ”ਬੰਬੀਹਾ ਗਰੁੱਪ” ਦੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਸੁਖਦੂਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਿੱਲ ਉਰਫ ਸੁੱਖਾ ਦੁੰਨੇਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਂਚਕਰਤਾਵਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਭਾਈ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹੱਥ ਬਾਰੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸਬੂਤ ਹਨ ਜਦਕਿ ਐਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਨੀਪੈੱਗ ਵਾਲੀ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਪਦਾ।
ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ‘ਚ ਗੁਰਪਤਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਅਸਫਲ ਹੋਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਇਹ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੰਗੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੜੀ ਸਖਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਰੱਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।
ਇਹ ਉਹ ਬੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਇਹ ਭਾੜੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਤਲ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਸੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਕਿਸਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਇਹ ਅਮਰੀਕਨ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੱਸ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਰਾਅ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਸੀ। ਨਿਖਿਲ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਰਾਅ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਕਰਮ ਯਾਦਵ, ਰਾਅ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸਾਮੰਤ ਗੋਇਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫਤੇ ਹੀ ਸੀਆਈਏ ਵਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ‘ਵਾਸ਼ਿੰਗਟਨ ਪੋਸਟ’ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।

ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋ ਭਾਈ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਿੱਝਰ ਕਤਲ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਕੀਲਿੰਗ ਗ੍ਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਤਿੰਨ ਜਣੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ, ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਮਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਕਰਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨ ਬਰਾੜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ, ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਜਣੇ 2021 ਚ ਆਰਜੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵੀਜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਆਏ ਦੱਸੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇੰਨਾ ਦਾ ਮੰਤਵ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਆਕੇ ਪੜਾਈ ਦਾ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਏ ਤਿੰਨ ਹੋਰ ਕਤਲਾ ਵਿਚ ਇੰਨਾ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨਾ ਤਿੰਨਾ ਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਰਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ‘ਚ ਗੁਰਪਤਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਨੂੰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਅਸਫਲ ਹੋਣ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਇਹ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੰਗੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੜੀ ਸਖਤ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਰੱਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।

ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ‘ਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਅੱਜ ਫੜੇ ਗਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਕਫ ਹਨ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਅੱਧ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਿਹਰ 12:30 ਵਜੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਹੈ।

Commissioner Marie-Josee Hogue in the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference’s Initial Report released today.

The World Sikh Organization of Canada (WSO) has reviewed the findings of Commissioner Marie-Josee Hogue in the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference’s Initial Report released today.
Report concluded that India engages in foreign interference activities in Canada, targeting the Sikh community and that “India directed foreign interference activities related to the 2019 and 2021 general elections.”

The report states,

“Indian officials, including Canadian-based proxies, engage in a range of activities that seek to influence Canadian communities and politicians. These activities include foreign interference, which aims to align Canada’s position with India’s interest on key issues, particularly with respect to how the Indian government perceives Canada-based supporters of an independent Sikh homeland (Khalistan)”

Other key findings in the Report with respect to India include:

India, without distinction, views all pro-Khalistan political advocacy as a seditious threat.

Targets of Indian foreign interference are often members of the Indo-Canadian communities, but prominent non-Indo-Canadians are also subject to India’s foreign influence activities.

“Indian officials in Canada have increasingly relied on Canadian and Canadian-based proxies and the contacts in their networks to conduct foreign interference. This obfuscates any explicit link between India and the foreign interference activities. Proxies liaise and work with Indian intelligence officials in India and in Canada, taking both explicit and implicit direction from them.”

With respect to the 2019 and 2021 Canadian Federal elections, the Report finds that “Indian proxy agents may have attempted to interfere in democratic processes, reportedly including through the clandestine provision of illicit financial support to various Canadian politicians as a means of attempting to secure the election of pro-Indian candidates or gaining influence over candidates who take office. In some instances, the candidates may never know their campaigns received illicit funds”

In the 2021 elections “Indian officials were observed expressing interest in individual electoral contests and likely hoped pro-Indian candidates would prevail, or, at least, that perceived anti-Indian candidates would not be (re-)elected”

Indian government under huge pressure with the arrest of the killers of Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

The assassination was directed by RAW employee Vikram Yadav who reported to Samant Goel, Ajit Doval & Narendra Modi.

Canadian police have arrested members of an alleged hit squad believed to have been tasked by the government of India with killing prominent Sikh Activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Surrey, B.C. last June, as reported by CBC.

According to CBC News, the men arrested on Friday in connection with Nijjar’s killing are Indian citizens who entered Canada on temporary visas after 2021, some of them holding student visas. None are believed to have pursued education while in Canada, and none have obtained permanent residency.

Sources close to the investigation also informed CBC News that police are actively looking into possible links to three additional murders in Canada, including the shooting death of an 11-year-old boy in Edmonton.

The arrests took place during police operations in at least two provinces on Friday. Sources added that investigators had identified the alleged hit squad members in Canada several months ago and have been closely monitoring them.

The sources close to the investigation shared with CBC that the alleged shooters are “Indian citizens who arrived in Canada on temporary visas after 2021, some of them student visas. None are believed to have pursued education while in Canada. None have obtained permanent residency.”

The CBC adds that all the men are associated with Lawrence Bishnoi, a Pro-Hindu Nationalist gangster suspected by Sikhs of close ties with the government of India. Bishnoi has also been accused of assassinating Sidhu Moosewala in Punjab.

India often uses criminal gangs to commit political hits and murders, which was also found in the US Indictment against Nikhil Gupta for the failed assassination attempt on Sikh activist Gurpatwant Pannun and others in America.
