ਪੰਥ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋੰ ਮਸ਼ੱਕਤ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ ਕੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇਲ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਤੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੇਧਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਵੇਲਾ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੜਨ ਦਾ। ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਖਿੱਚੋ।

Bhai Amritpal Singh and his fellow detainees in Assam’s Dibrugarh jail are currently in a precarious state. They are pointing out that the food provided to them may be contaminated with poisonous substances by the authorities. They have been held in confinement at the Dibrugarh facility since March of last year under the harsh provisions of the National Security Act despite the complete absence of any concrete evidence justifying their detainment. Their sole transgression is because of their vocal advocacy for Sikh rights within the context of a supposedly democratic nation.
ਦਿਬਰੂਗੜ੍ਹ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਤੇ ਬੇਹੁਦਾ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਇਲਜਾਮ ਲਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਸਰ ਨਹੀ ਛੱਡ ਰਹੀ। ਜਵਾਕਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਿਡੌਣਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਰਾਮਦਗੀ ਵਿਖਾ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਘੜੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਬੈਰਕਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਏਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਗੁਸਲਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਹੁਣ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਤੇ ਜੇਲ਼੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਟੀ ‘ਚ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲਾ ਪਦਾਰਥ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ। ਸੋ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ 16 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਨ ਦਾ ਤਿਆਗ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੋਇਆ।
ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲਦੇ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਹੱਕਾਂ ਖਾਤਰ ਬੋਲਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ। ਅਤੇ ਹੋ ਵੀ ਓਸ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਛਾਤੀ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਫੋਕਾ ਨਾਹਰਾ ਲਿਖਵਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਹਾਂ। ਕੁੱਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੱਜਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਕੇ ਕਈ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਵਾਜ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੱਜਤਾ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਜਸਟਿਸ ਕੇ ਐਸ ਪੁਟਾਸਵਾਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਿੱਜਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਤੇ ਮਿਸਾਲੀ ਜੱਜਮੈਂਟ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਯੂਦ ਵੀ ਏਥੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਸਲਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਅਣਹੋਣੀ ਵਾਪਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਰੂਪ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ੁੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਸੱਚੀਂ ਇਹ ਅਖੌਤੀ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਅਮਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਏ ਤਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਾ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਬਰੀ ਕਰੇ।

ਬੈਰਕ ‘ਚ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਆਡੀਓ ਵੀ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਘੜੀ ਗਈ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਆਡੀਓ ‘ਚ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਰਾ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਅਸਾਮ ਦੀ ਡਿਬਰੂਗੜ੍ਹ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਚੌਥੇ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ (Amritpal Singh) ਦੇ ਚਾਚਾ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਕੈਦੀ ਬਸੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਤਬੀਅਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਵਿਗੜ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਭੁੱਖ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੈਰਕ ਦੇ ਪਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਮਾਰਟਫੋਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਮ, ਕੀ ਪੈਡ ਫੋਨ, ਟੀਵੀ ਰਿਮੋਟ, ਪੈਨ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਆਦਿ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰੋਨਿਕ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਮਾਰਟਵਾਚ ਤੇ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ।

Should any harm befall these Sikh political prisoners in Dibrugarh, both the prime minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi and the chief minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, must bear responsibility for this sad affair.
We urgently call for Bhai Amritpal Singh and other Singh’s immediate release from Dibrugarh prison and the initiation of a fair and transparent trial concerning the unfounded charges under which they have been unjustly detained

ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੈਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਮਾਰਟਫੋਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਮ, ਕੀ ਪੈਡ ਫੋਨ, ਟੀਵੀ ਰਿਮੋਟ, ਪੈਨ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਆਦਿ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰੋਨਿਕ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਮਾਰਟਵਾਚ ਤੇ ਜਾਸੂਸੀ ਕੈਮਰੇ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ।
ਮਾਤਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੈਅ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਅੱਜ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ। ਜਦਕਿ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ, ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ, ਸ਼ੁਕਰਵਾਰ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਿਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ‘ਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਹੈ। ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਰਾਜਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਲ ਜੇਲ ‘ਚ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।Assam Police’s DGP GP Singh took to X platform to confirm the development. He said that a search operation led to the recovery of numerous unauthorised items including a spy camera, a smartphone, a keypad phone, pen drives, Bluetooth headphones and speakers, a smartwatch, and several other things from the NSA cell.Taking to X, the state top police official said, “Reference NSA detenues at Dibrugarh Jail, Assam – On receipt of Information about unauthorised activities taking place in NSA cell, additional CCTV cameras were installed in public area of NSA Block. Inputs received confirmed unauthorised activities, based on which Jail staff searched the premise of NSA Cell early this morning, leading to recovery of smartphone with SIM, keypad phone, TV remote with keyboard, spy-cam pen, pen drives, Bluetooth headphone & speakers and smart watch which were lawfully seized by Jail staff. Source of these unauthorised articles and mode of induction is being ascertained. Further lawful action is being taken and steps being taken to prevent recurrence.”
